Farmobile Raises $11.5 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, agtech startup Farmobile has brought in $11.5 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

Founded in 2013, The company has created a centralized, secure farm data platform called Simplicity that allows farmers to collect, protect, and connect with their data. Farmers who subscribe through the Farmobile website select the number of Passive Uplink Connection devices needed to collect their data and complete the checkout process. An Electronic Farm Record is then activated to manage their data.
