Spoke announced the close of two rounds of funding totaling $28M in investment. Accel led an $8M Series A round that included Felicis Ventures, Webb Investment Network, Index Ventures, Spider Capital, Red Dog Capital, and a few individual investors, and Greylock led a $20M Series B round, joined by Accel, Felicis Ventures, and Webb Investment Network.

Spoke’s AI helps users save time by automatically finding the answers to common questions and responding to IT, office management, operations, people ops, HR, and facilities employees with the information they need. If Spoke doesn’t know the answer, it intelligently assigns a ticket to the right team. As tickets get resolved, it gets smarter about responding to and routing requests. The platform also integrates with Slack, email, and SMS so employees can ask Spoke questions wherever they already are without having to remember a URL or search through  an outdated knowledge base.
