Enterprise IT Startup Sourcegraph Raises $20 Million

Sourcegraph announced the completion of $20 million in Series A financing from Redpoint Ventures and Goldcrest Investment.

Sourcegraph helps development teams search, review, and edit code in order to ship better software faster. Sourcegraph integrates with multiple code hosts, editors, and code review tools  to increase productivity throughout the developer workflow. The company is headquartered in San Francisco and was founded in 2013 by Quinn Slack and Beyang Liu, both former employees of Palantir Technologies and graduates of Stanford’s computer science program.

According to the company, the new funding will help Sourcegraph execute on its company roadmap.
