Energage Brings In $15 Million
Enterprise IT startup Energage announced it has raised $15 million in financing. Three investors participated in the round: NewSpring Capital, Bridge Bank, and Rittenhouse Ventures.
Energage provides employee feedback and performance improvement solutions designed to help senior leaders build and sustain workplaces that drive bottom-line results. Powered by proven neuroscience, AI guidance and a growing database of employee feedback, Energage supports employer’s engagement efforts and culture programs. Since 2006, the company has been conducting the The Top Workplaces Project, surveying 47,000 organizations and gathering feedback from 16 million employees.
In its announcement, the company said the new round of investment will support Energage’s continued growth, particularly in sales, marketing, and product development.
