Butterfly announced the completion of $2.4 million in seed financing. Four investors participated in the funding, among them Daphni, Tectonic Ventures, and Precursor Ventures.

Butterfly is the first web platform and chatbot that offers real-time leadership coaching to develop managers continuously based on their teams’ feedback and group dynamics. The company’s AI coach, Alex, collects employee feedback via 30-second pulse surveys. The data captured aims to help users improve their management skills and their teams’ well-being.
