Dimension Data Appoints New CEO for Americas

Dimension Data, a global solutions and services provider, today announced the appointment of Ross Wainwright as chief executive officer of the company in the Americas.

Prior to joining Dimension Data, Wainwright was SAP’s chief customer officer for its S/4HANA cloud business unit. Before that, he was global head of financial services, with end-to-end responsibility for the SAP financial services industry, and global head of financial services, managing the company’s professional services business. Wainwright also served as chief operating officer for SAP North America and executive vice president of services for North America.

“The Americas is an important region for Dimension Data and the wider NTT Group: Almost one third of our clients are hosted in America,” said Dimension Data’s Group CEO, Jason Goodall.

“In addition, technology is changing the world in ways we have never seen before, and we already have the offerings and structure in place to drive all levels of business with Ross.”
