Digital Media Startup ICX Media Secures $6.6 Million

ICX Media closed $6.6 million in Series A financing led by Grotech Ventures, with participation from NRV, PJC, and Avonlea Capital.

ICX Media’s software and data platform helps independent video content creators find their audience and monetize their creations by allowing content creators to more effectively produce, distribute, and market their digital videos across many web, mobile, and connected TV channels and apps such as Youtube, Facebook, Vimeo, and many others. The platform also helps media companies and brands find, license, and distribute digital content developed by content creators.

ICX Media announced it will use the Series A financing proceeds to enhance its sales, marketing, and business development teams, and to support continued development of its data science and technology capabilities.
