Deborah Wahl to Join Mediaocean’s Board of Directors

Mediaocean, a leading software provider for the advertising industry, announced that Deborah Wahl has been elected to the company’s board of directors.

Wahl most recently held the roles of senior vice president and chief marketing officer at McDonald’s USA, and vice chair of the Association of National Advertisers. Prior to McDonald’s, she was senior vice president and chief marketing officer of the home builder PulteGroup Inc., where she established innovative branding practices and established core digital strategies to drive shareholder return. Wahl joined PulteGroup following a successful stint in the automotive industry, with brands including Chrysler, Ford, Lexus, and Toyota. FORTUNE magazine named Wahl as one of “Four Women to Watch in Business.” In 2017, she was named number three on the list of most innovative Chief Marketing Officers by Business Insider, and voted one of the “10 Essential Advertising People of the Year” by Campaignlive.com

“We are thrilled to welcome Deborah to Mediaocean’s Board,” said Bill Wise, chief executive officer.  “As Mediaocean continues to build the future of media convergence, Deb’s depth of expertise and leadership will be essential as we chart our course and continue expanding our global footprint.”

Wahl earned an M.B.A. from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and a Master of International Studies from the Lauder Institute. She also holds a B.A. in economics from Wellesley College.
