Blackhawk Network Names Charles O. Garner Chief Financial Officer

Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc., a global financial technology company, announced that Charles O. Garner, Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA), has been appointed chief financial officer.

Previously, Garner served as chief financial officer and chief administrative officer of Zelis Healthcare Corp., a healthcare information technology and electronic payments company. Prior to that, he held various leadership roles at MedAssets, Inc., a publicly-traded healthcare technology solutions provider, including chief financial officer, chief strategy and transformation officer, and head of corporate development. Before joining MedAssets, Garner held management positions at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Bain & Company, and American Management Systems (now CGI).
