NumberAI announced the completion of $1.6 million in seed financing from DFJ.
NumberAI has created Numa, an AI-powered concierge for small to medium-sized business owners. Numa responds immediately to customers, enables SMS on business phone numbers, and handles Facebook and other messaging platforms. The AI assistant can also transcribe voicemail messages, send a response back to the caller when it knows the answer, and update greetings to handle holidays, events, and promotions.
