Alion Appoints Todd Borkey as CTO

Alion Science and Technology, a technology solutions company delivering technical expertise and operational support to the United States Department of Defense, today announced the appointment of Todd Borkey as chief technology officer.

Prior to joining Alion, Borkey worked at Thales Defense & Security, Inc., where he was CTO and vice president of systems solutions and responsible for identifying areas of expansion and extending the company’s reach in key markets. He has extensive experience in general management, programs, and business development, gained through various leadership roles at DRS Defense Solutions, Inc., Northrop Grumman Corporation, and other highly respected defense firms. Borkey is based in Maryland and holds a master of science degree in engineering management from the Stevens Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree in applied mathematics.
