WaveCrest Appoints Chief Customer Officer
WaveCrest, a digital payment solutions provider for global corporations and governments, today announced the appointment of Doug Lawson as chief customer officer.
In his new role, Lawson will help develop and scale WaveCrest’s teams and processes across multiple customer touchpoints, including sales, marketing, account management, delivery, partner services and cardholder support.
Prior to joining WaveCrest, Lawson spent eight years at PayPal, where he held multiple roles. Before PayPal, he was director of product and program management at Netflix and before that, he held various product and technology leadership roles at Capital One Financial Services.
