Venzee Raises $2.7 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, ecommerce startup Venzee has raised $2.7 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.
Ninety percent of suppliers and manufacturers use spreadsheets to share critical information about their products with retail and distribution partners. Venzee turns spreadsheets into real-time integration so companies like Zappos can add products and updates in seconds. According to the company, Venzee is used by companies in more than 55 countries, ranging from the Fortune 100 to startups, all of which can add products and updates from vendors in real time.
