TalkIQ Brings In $14 Million

Artificial intelligence startup TalkIQ closed $14 million in Series A financing led by Scale Venture Partners. Aspect Ventures, Danhua Capital, Felicis Ventures and Salesforce Ventures also participated in the funding.

TalkIQ is a voice analytics platform that seeks to help businesses increase revenue by aggregating and predicting insights around customer satisfaction. Unlike traditional sales coaching platforms, the company’s projections and aggregations are surfaced in real-time using advanced artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing.

The company revealed that the funds will go toward scaling TalkIQ’s growth, within both existing and new industries.
