Salesforce Announces Appointment of Bernard J. Tyson to its Board
Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) today announced that Bernard J. Tyson, chairman and CEO of Kaiser Permanente, will join its board of directors. The appointment will increase the size of the Salesforce board to 12 people.
As chairman and CEO of Kaiser, one of America’s leading integrated health care providers and not-for-profit health plans, with $65 billion annual operating revenue, Tyson was named to TIME Magazine’s 2017 list of the 100 most influential people in the world. He was also recently recognized as the nation’s top healthcare executive for the fourth year in a row by Modern Healthcare.
