ProspHire Appoints Heather McCague to Direct Marketing and Communications

ProspHire, a female-owned and rapidly growing management consulting firm, announced the appointment of Heather McCague as director of marketing and communications.

In her new role, McCague will manage the firm’s brand, oversee internal and external communications and assist with client service, recruiting and business development. Prior to joining ProspHire, McCague was director of digital communication at Mylan, where she served as a strategic communications advisor. Her previous employers include Pfizer, Ketchum, JWT, Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Ernst & Young where she served as assistant director of internal communications.

Heather graduated from John Carroll University with a B.A. in communications and has an M.S. in strategic communication from Columbia University.
