PredictiveHR Names David Pollard as New CEO

PredictiveHR, a Boston-based human capital data analytics company, today announced the appointment of David Pollard as CEO.   

Prior to joining PredictiveHR, Pollard served as a senior executive at Missing Beat Management, specializing in talent data and analytics. Before that, he was senior vice president of Monster Worldwide, one the world’s largest job search sites. Pollard also served as president of the recruitment solution company Talent Fusion for 16 years.
