New Product Alert: Timber.io

Timber is is a cloud-based logging platform specifically engineered for Ruby, Elixir and Node apps. It automatically structures log data with its open source packages, makes the lines readable, adds context and lets users easily create graphs and alerts from their logs. Unlike other services that record users’ logs for short periods of two to four weeks, Timber.io offers up to six months, allowing developers to conduct analytics and trend analysis over time.

Timber.io was the brainchild of cofounders Zach Sherman, Ben Johnson, and Garet McKinley.
