ShopBot is an ecommerce bot that provides cart recovery messages via Facebook Messenger. It converts website visitors to subscribers via opt-in prompts, and sends personalized cart abandonment messages. ShopBot also allows users to segment subscribers based on website activity, by sending blast messages to all subscribers or a specific segment, or by presenting trending products and new arrivals.
ShopBot was created by cofounder Sachin Bansal, and product manager Manoj Chiriki.
