New Product Alert: Rise

Rise is a HR benefits and payroll product that seeks to change the way companies perform HR functions and make it easy to build company culture. The product features a centralized database of employee information, smart reminders to keep track of HR activities, document storage, controlled access, and management of customized HR policies. For instance, HR managers can track vacation activities of employees to see if there is an upward trend of “work from home.”

Rise integrates with Slack, where employees can respond to engagement surveys and give recognition—all within a tool they already use.

Rise is free for companies that employ 20 people or less.
