New Product Alert: Pivt

Pivt is an app designed to help people who are moving and on the move make any city feel like home. Whether it’s traveling for a job, a big move or just passing through, Pivt connects users with their extended network, such as friends of friends, people from their hometowns,  and alumni from their schools and universities. Users can search cities ahead of their trips to get advice from people suggested by Pivt and make plans for when they arrive.

Cofounder Lynn Greenberg created Pivt after moving to London right out of college without knowing anyone. She faced the issue that many people experience when moving to a new and unfamiliar place, which is how to go about finding potential friends and relationships.
