Freeplee is a free lottery service that allows users to create their own raffles. Participants can create raffles with any item and collect the necessary amounts of tickets. Freeplee will then select random winners and take care of paying the user. Users also have the option of giving away items for free, turning raffles into sweepstakes.
Freeplee was built by CEO Yuri Bikovsky and Oleg Bychkovsky.
