CustomerJet is a SaaS messaging product that aims to make live chats faster by watching where users get stuck. It is intended as a tool for ecommerce providers to reduce cart abandonment. CustomerJet records users’ behaviors in ecommerce stores in the periods before customers message help desks via live chat. Customer service representatives can then watch the videos and understand issues instantly.
CustomerJet was created by Ashwin Gupta and Akshar Patel.
