Security Startup HyPR Raises $7.9 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, HyPR has raised $7.9 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.
HYPR provides enterprises an end-to-end solution for deploying decentralized biometric authentication. The company’s software is integrated into employee and customer-facing applications to deliver secure password-less experiences across all mobile, desktop and IoT systems. HYPR also extends biometric tokenization to the firmware level to transform connected things into secure things.
