Lighthouse Appoints David Binder as CFO
Lighthouse eDiscovery, a leader in technology-enabled ediscovery and consulting services, today announced that David Binder has been hired as chief financial officer.
In his new role, Binder will be responsible for managing the company’s financial activities, including planning and analysis, accounting, financial operations, strategy development and strategy implementation.
“David brings a considerable depth of experience to his role at Lighthouse, specifically, his proven ability to build world-class finance and accounting teams and provide financial and strategic guidance for scaling global organizations,” said Brian McManus, CEO of Lighthouse eDiscovery. “David will be a valuable asset to our executive leadership team as we continue to grow our employee base, expand our global reach and develop innovative new technology and services to meet our clients’ needs in this rapidly changing industry.”
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Binder was most recently CFO at Blue Nile, where he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s finances, including financial reporting and accounting, planning and analysis, and treasury and investor relations. Prior to his role at Blue Nile, Binder served as CFO and treasurer at Infospace, Inc. He has also held financial leadership positions at Drugstore.com, Edge2net Inc., HomeGrocer.com, and AT&T Wireless. David holds an M.A. in economics and finance from Brandeis University.
