Gemr Raises $1.2 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, mobile startup Gemr has raised $1.2 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.
Gemr is an online community and marketplace for people who are passionate about collecting. From vintage and pop-culture collectibles, to antiques and autographs, Gemr is where people can showcase their collections and learn more about the things they love.
