Fintech Startup RegTek Solutions Brings In $5 Million

RegTek Solutions announced it has secured $5 million in financing, led by Deutsche Boerse and Illuminate Financial Management.

RegTek offers regulatory infrastructure solutions that can be retrofitted to pre-existing reporting infrastructures or used to create new, strategic platforms for regulatory control, transparency and quality assurance. RegTek’s systems are offered as securely hosted services on the Amazon cloud. The company takes a service-driven approach, where clients can pick and choose the services that meet their needs and can bundle one or more solutions together for more expansive systems.
