Martech startup Clinch announced it has closed $3 million in Series A financing from two investors.

Clinch is a smart programmatic platform that auto-generates and optimizes media campaigns on the fly for all ad formats. It combines data and analytics to retarget and personalize ads “per impression” in real time, giving advertisers, media and ad agencies an end-to-end solution to optimize and build new ads, without the normal delay of manually producing new creative for every iterative format, size and message.

In its announcement, the company said the funds will be used to expand the company’s U.S. presence and enable it to significantly increase its sales and product development efforts. In addition, Clinch will expand its personalized digital video advertising offerings for Facebook and YouTube.
