Capacity Appoints New VP of Client Services

Capacity, LLC, a leading provider of order fulfillment, ecommerce, and electronic data interchange, today announced the appointment of Darren Lavelle as vice president of client services.

Lavelle brings with him decades of experience leading global customer service teams in the U.S., Europe and India. He brings a practical knowledge of CRM platforms, critical timelines, and supply chain complexity. Lavelle holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the University of Arizona.
