Alight Names Michael Sigmund President of Health & Wealth Solutions

Alight Solutions, a leader in technology-enabled health, wealth, HR and finance solutions, today announced that Michael Sigmund has joined the company as president of health and wealth solutions.

In his new role, Sigmund will be responsible for Alight’s health, defined contribution, defined benefit, and consumer experience solutions.

Before joining Alight Solutions, Sigmund worked at Conduent, where he most recently served as group president and general manager of the HR outsourcing and benefits administration business. During his career, he has held a variety of commercial and business leadership roles in the benefits administration and outsourcing industries, spanning client relationship management, strategy, sales, marketing and IT. Sigmund holds a bachelor of arts degree from Rowan University and an M.B.A. from Farleigh Dickinson University
