According to a recent SEC filing, ecommerce startup SquadLocker has raised $7 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

SquadLocker aims to disrupt the localized, intensely fragmented athletic apparel market by providing online tools that make it easier for coaches and league administrators to manage athletic apparel purchasing for teams. The company’s TeamLocker application offers brands that include Under Armour, Adidas, and Nike. The online experience is self-service, immediate, easy-to-launch, and free for youth athletic programs.
