ScaleMP Raises $10 Million

Software startup ScaleMP closed $10 million in financing. Two investors contributed to the round, including Leumi Partners.
ScaleMP is a leader in virtualization for high-end computing, providing higher performance and lower total cost of ownership. The company’s innovative versatile SMP (vSMP) architecture aggregates multiple x86 systems into a single virtual x86 system, delivering an industry-standard, high-end symmetric multiprocessor computer.
In its announcement, ScaleMP said the funds will accelerate the company’s growth, enhance its products and technology, and help it expand support for OEM partners.
