Osram Acquires Digital Lumens for Undisclosed Sum
German lighting solutions company Osram announced that it has agreed by buy U.S.-based software provider Digital Lumens. According to Reuters, the financial terms total a mid-double-digit million-dollar sum.

Founded in 2008 and based in Massachusetts, Digital Lumens had previously raised $55 million venture capital funding from Goldman Sachs, Black Coral Capital, Flybridge Capital Partners, and Stata Venture Partners.
