Guideline Raises $15 Million

Fintech startup Guideline closed $15 million in financing. Two investors contributed to the round, including Felicis Ventures.

Guideline is an all-inclusive 401(k) provider designed for growing businesses. The company’s technology handles all plan administration, including setup, enrollment, education, record-keeping, investment management, compliance, and reporting. Guideline provides a full-service 401(k) system with straightforward pricing that charges a flat fee per participant and no management or advisory fees.

According to the company, Guideline plans to use the funding to expand its engineering and customer success teams, as well as to drive additional partnerships.
