According to a recent SEC filing, Shark Punch has raised $1.5 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.
SharkPuncher is a multiplayer game in which users race against their Facebook friends and see who can punch the most sharks. The company is a proud partner of Plan International USA, which provides malaria treatment and prevention education.
