Ecommerce Startup Darkstore Secures $1.4 Million

Darkstore completed $1.4 million in seed financing. Two investors contributed to the round, including PivotNorth Capital.

Darkstore is on a mission to redefine the customer experience by giving ecommerce companies and brands access to affordable, on-demand, last-mile delivery, including one-hour and same-day delivery. It is the only third-party logistics (3PL) provider that partners with last-mile delivery services like Deliv, UberRUSH, and others.

In its announcement, the company said Darkstore plans to use the new funding to expand its reach and provide speedy order fulfillment services for a growing number of business partners across the nation.
