ConvergeOne Appoints Eric Walter as VP of Cloud Operations

ConvergeOne today announced that Eric Walter has joined the company as vice president of cloud operations. Founded in 1993, ConvergeOne is a leading global IT service provider of collaboration and technology solutions for large and medium enterprises.

In his new role, Walter will be responsible for ConvergeOne’s cloud operations and delivery and will focus on driving efficiencies through automation, process, and technology. Before CovergeOne, Walter served as vice president of cloud services at Genesys/Interactive Intelligence. Prior to that, he spent more than 10 years in leadership positions at IBM, focused on data center management and disaster recovery planning.
