Zeta Global Acquires Boomtrain for Undisclosed Sum

Customer lifecycle management marketing company Zeta Global announced that it has acquired marketing technology startup Boomtrain. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Boomtrain is an AI-powered marketing platform that help brands use marketing automation and artificial intelligence to build meaningful relationships with their customers. The company uses machine learning and predictive algorithms to drive increased clicks, engagement and revenue through customer communications. Its technology seeks to surface content that’s most likely to engage a given individual and delivers it via email, push notifications, or the web.

Boomtrain had previously raised $15 million from venture capital firms that include Sierra Ventures, Jumpstart Ventures, and Signatures Capital.
