Ivanti Acquires RES Software for Undisclosed Sum

IT security solutions company Ivanti announced today that it has acquired workspace technology startup RES Software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

RES Software was founded in 2009 and its goal is to be a leading digital workspace technology company bringing agility and enablement to the workforce while improving IT security. The company’s suite of products empowers the workforce through self-service, automated delivery, and return of apps and services to each person’s secure digital workspace.
