Hutch Interiors Raises $10 Million

Mobile startup Hutch Interiors announced it has secured $10 million in Series A financing. Two investors contributed to the round, including ZG Ventures.

Hutch (formerly HOMEE) is a mobile app that allows users easily to look at before-and-after photos of their home renovation projects from the convenience of their smart phones. Users simply take photos of their spaces and select furniture items handpicked by Hutch to visualize their ideal houses. Users can also swap products in their design for similar ones, try new looks, and, finally, buy the furniture and decor they love.

According to the company, it plans to use the funds to accelerate product development and growth of its home design app and functionality.
