Home AI Startup Josh.ai Secures $11 Million

Denver-based startup Josh.ai just closed $11 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

Josh.ai aims to create the first voice-activated home automation system for high-end homes. The platform allows users to control all of their connected devices in the home with a custom tailored interface across desktop, tablets, mobile, and hands-free microphones. Josh.ai works with a variety of home connected devices, from smart thermostats and Lutron lighting systems to sensors and typical voice assistants like Amazon’s Alexa.
