Ecommerce Startup Commerce Signals Raises $12 Million

Commerce Signals announced it has secured $12 million in Series B financing. Two investors contributed to the round, including Stage 1 Ventures.

Commerce Signals’ goal is to be an industry leader in managing the permissioned use of regulated data. The company connects advertisers and publishers directly with near-real-time insights from financial institutions. Advertisers can use these insights to optimize media tactics and measure incremental cross-channel sales driven by their advertising.

In its announcement, the company said the new  funding will allow Commerce Signals to expand the use of its products to help clients improve marketing performance.
