Awake Security Secures $30 Million

Security startup Awake Security announced the completion of $30 million in financing. Greylock Partners and Bain Capital Ventures participated in the round.

Awake Security provides an advanced security analytics solution that delivers deep visibility and seeks to answer to questions that cannot even be asked today, improving productivity tenfold. The company’s patent-pending security knowledge graph data model uses machine learning and data science to automate painstaking analyses typically performed by expert investigators. It identifies and tracks network entities and highlights their attributes, relationships, behaviors, and activities, enabling analysts proactively to hunt, detect, investigate, and respond to threats.
