Asset management software company Anaqua announced today that it has acquired Lecorpio. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Lecorpio, which was founded in 2006, provides legal departments with controlled workflows in a paperless environment to replace outdated systems and manual processes. The company’s adaptable intellectual property management software brings together all the processes involved in managing intellectual property with the goal of making every step more efficient. Lecorpio aims to help chief legal officers and IP counsel find the data they need to support better business decisions.
Prior to the exit, Lecorpio had raised $25 million from M2O, a family investment office.
