Shadow announced the close of $57.1 million in Series A financing from four investors.

Shadow is a mobile application that helps its users remember and record their dreams. Shadow uses an escalating alarm that gradually traditions sleepers through their hypnopompic state and is ready to record when they turn off the alarm.
