PokitDok Acquires Oration for Undisclosed Sum

Healthcare API platform PokitDok announced today that it has acquired Oration. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Oration focuses on enabling large self-insured employers and state payers such as Medicaid to manage their healthcare spending, which the company maintains is the best way to influence and pressure the healthcare industry to optimize delivery systems. The company helps employers and employees avoid buying the proverbial $200 hammers in healthcare. Ultimately it helps employers and employees share in the savings that would have been lost to the healthcare system.
