Software startup Highspot announced the close of $15 million in Series B financing. Three investors participated in the round: Shasta Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and Madrona Venture Group.

Highspot seeks to be the industry’s most advanced sales enablement platform. It provides sales teams with the most relevant content for each situation, flexible ways to present content to customers, and real-time visibility into whether customers find the content engaging. Advanced analytics helps marketing and sales personnel understand how content is performing across the sales cycle and provides actionable insights so pitches and content can be optimized. By closing the loop across marketing, sales, and customers, Highspot delivers visibility and insights to help companies engage more effectively with customers, driving increased revenue and customer satisfaction.

The company revealed that the new investment will help Highspot extend its ability to provide reps with capabilities that result in more effective customer conversations.
