Growbots Raises $2.5 Million

Communications startup Growbots announced it has raised $2.5 million in financing. Lighter Capital and Buran Venture Capital participated in the round.

Sales people are freed up to interact directly with customers and create more business, instead of slogging through the tedious and time-consuming process of manual prospecting and outreach.
In its announcement, the company said that with offices in San Francisco and Cleveland it now has 20 people on its U.S. team and is hiring for another 26 positions.
