Fintech Startup TrueLayer Raises $3 Million

TrueLayer announced the completion of $3 million in Series A financing. Three investors participated in the round, including Anthemis Group and Connect Ventures.

TrueLayer is a platform that connects banks with applications. The company enable developers to connect with banks and financial services institutions, providing them with the financial data they need to build new apps and services.

In its announcement, the company said the Series A funding will be used to help the company expand its team and increase its coverage of supported banks before moving the API to general availability later in the year.
