Fintech Startup OpenDoor Securities Raises $10 Million
OpenDoor Securities announced the completion of $10 million in financing from private investors.
OpenDoor’s market-based solution is the first session-based, all-to-all, anonymous trading platform for Treasuries, specifically designed to enable the buy-side both to source and to create liquidity while enhancing the sell-side’s role as a value-adding intermediary. The platform, which launched in April, currently serves nearly three dozen firms representing more than $6 trillion of assets under management. Six sponsor-dealers are presently onboarded to trade for their principal accounts, and several have completed full connectivity allowing for customer clearing. Four additional firms are expected to be onboarded in the upcoming months.
According to the company, Opendoor will use the funds to improve connectivity to its customers and expand its client base.
